What is a Mid-term rental?
A Mid-term rental (or "MTR" for short), is a fully furnished single-family home, intended for traveling professionals and their families. Unlike a hotel, MTRs contain all of the ammenities required for longer stays, such as a fully stocked kitchen, and in-unit laundry.
MTRs are an asset to any city or large suburb, as they allow for families, home buyers, and other travelers with unique needs to visit and work in an area comfortably.
